02 Explorer Sport seat upgrade suggestions

Would like to upgrade my driver and passenger front seats, looking for suggestions on easy swap ideas from other models or aftermarket.

Doesn't your seats have the high side bolsters? The last few years of Sports had about the best seats you're going to find in an Explorer design wise. As far as what's available from aftermarket I can't help you there.

You could get seats with the high side bolsters (basically the same design as yours) from a Limited or Eddie Bauer but with the lumbar adjustment and power options.
