Power steering fluid - What capacity is needed for a change?

I'd like to change the power steering fluid.
What capacity is needed for a change?
The manual only says "Fill between the MIN and MAX lines on reservoir"
And what fluid do you use?

From page 311 of the owners guide it says to use Mercon ATF and from page 316 no capacity is listed so I would think that 1 quart would be more than enough. Also, I don't think that Mercon ATF is manufactured anymore so Mercon V ATF should work just fine since that is what my 09 Ford Fusion calls for. I verified on Fordparts.com that Mercon V ATF is what you want to use since it specifically labels it ATF and power steering fluid.
