any way to bypass or 'rig' a seized/dead power steering pump/pully? or replace the pully wheel on the pump to just spin freely? the seized pump is my first ever mechanical problem with my EX and i believe it's whats stopping my engine from turning over, just looking for a quick/temp fix to get it to the shop.

I cant remember the routing off the top of my head, but you might be able to bypass it with a shorter belt, might have to take the ac out too.

well the A/C is already bypassed so thats not a problem... anyone know what belt i could use? im looking to do this tonight i need my truck back asap!

That would have to be one really siezed pump to stop the engine from turning over!! If anything, the truck would start & the belt would slip on the pulley. I think you have other issues.
