'99 XLT
Hello All,

Let me preface this by stating that I am not a mechanic, though I am capable of routine maintenance (oil changes, tires, etc...). I sit around in college all day ;)

I have a '99 XLT in which the three non-driver windows are no longer operable except from the drivers door. Of course, I have flipped the switch back and forth on the child lock, but the results have not changed.

I am not sure which fuse to look at, or even how to determine if the fuse is blown.

Help!!

it could be your lock out switch at the master control. There are a number of posts on this. People have found that the contacts get "dirty" cause of its proximity. They have been successful at taking it apart and cleaning it. Of course, a multimeter will help determine if the switch is bad.
