Power Windows

My power windows are not working... However there is power going to them and you can here them when you press up or down, they are not off the track. and they do have rust on them. do I need new motors? or is should maybe grease them a little and see if its just a friction problem?

Is it a spinning motor noise, and can you move the glass at all? Usually when the motor plastic "balls/gears" go out, the windows can be moved. There are kits at some parts stores that provide those three plastic main parts, pulling the motors is not too hard.

Ya they make the spining sound and the windows will move up and down if I pull them or push them. but like I said they won't move on there own. and by chance is there some way you could show me a picture of these parts?
