Power windows

I have a 93 xlt and it sits in my garage while I'm restoring it. but recently the driver window wont go up. i had it down for about a month so i don't lock my self out. and now all i hear is the motor struggle (like if you pressed it up when it was already up) i took off the door panel and tried to help it along but with no luck also around the same time my power door locks stopped working as well i press the button but nothing happens

any help would be awesome

I don't think it's the bushings. the window worked great about a month ago and the motor doesn't spin it just struggles with a thump when i click the button
