I have a 2002 Explorer Eddie Bauer A few days ago when i opened my rear right passenger window i heard a pop and heard something broke. So i opened up my door to see what's going on with it im not really sure what it is i never fixed a window/motor befor so i dont know what im looking at. but this plastic piece is broken it some kind of guide for the window it has a steel cable connected & on a black track with yellow grease. Does anyone know what this piece is? so i can buy a new one the window still works but im not risking it i dont use it i disconnected the switch.

I took some pictures any help will be helpful thanks!

I haven't been inside my doors yet but maybe this will help. Maybe #6-Window Motor Electrical Connector? :dunno:

Thanks but i dont think its that. this rides up & down that black track you see in the pic when i open or close the window part of the window regulator assembly maybe? in the pics i took its in the down position and off the track because i put down the window like one inch if i roll the window down more it will pop back on & off the track notting holding it on the clips broken off

I believe this is the part of the regulator the attaches to the glass. if so you need a new regulator.
