My windows only roll down about a quarter of the time...sometimes I wont be able to roll them down at all..sometimes after driving for a lil bit I can roll them down and sometimes they work right away...

Soo I guess my question is what do you think the problem might be?

I don't think its the motor that rolls up the window because its all of them..

so that means its either a fuse or relay maybe the wiring is failing???

P.S. it seems that they are more likely to work once my door automatically lock when i go into drive.

what do you guys think?

Try to get a wiring diagram of your windows and see what is involved. Hopefully it's not much. You may have a faulty master switch

Lets hope that it's not the first sign of the GEM module starting to go. You mentioned that you think it works better when the doors automatically lock. Do you have any other electrical issues that are intermittent? Did you check your ground connection inside the panel on the driver's door? My ground connection in there once got disconnected, and all of the windows stopped working.

In most of these cases, it is usually a broken / fatigued wire in the door post / column where the wiring passes from the body to the door at the DRIVER's side since that is where the master control is.

Broken wires

I had the same problem...I found a thread from a guy in Alaska. Apparently especially in cold weather climates a wire which runs to the drivers side door fatigues and breaks. It starts as an intermitent failure and then goes completely (hopefully when the windows are up). My windows were inop for 6 months until I found that thread!
Anyway, there is a rubber boot full of wires that runs to your door. Unscrew the boot and it will drop exposing the connector and boot. Depending on what exactly your problem is (mine was the main power for all the windows was broken-I've also heard of door lock problems due to these wires) that color wire will be broken. I don't have the wire colors in front of me but it was obvious when I opened up the boot. The tough part was fixing the wire and getting it into the connector. I actually bypassed the connector at first to make sure that was the problem and then I soldered a new wire into the connector and it's worked ever since! Don't forget to unplug the battery before doing any of this!

thanks for all the feedback.Hoobs, that sounds just like my problem...so im gonna give that a shot, thanks again
