Problems shifting into 2nd with A4LD

Ok this has been going on for about a week and a half now, my EX doesn't want to shift into 2nd gear unless I get it up to 3K RPMs or about 25MPH then left off the accelerator completely. I thought it was a vaccumn leek but I checked all the lines and that checks out so I replaced the transmission modulator and that fixed it for about 10-15 minutes. I have no clue and I really can't afford to take it anywhere right now. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Adjust the intermediate band with a 1/4" drive In/Lb torque wrench. You might have a broken band if the adjusting stud doesn't torque to 120 In/Lbs.
