programing key for 2002 ranger

I lost all my keys, I have purchased new keys from the dealer, my car is at home can I program the ignition key?

Best of my knowledge, you've got to have 2 keys available to initiate the owner/DIY key programming process.

So, unless you've got a Ford NGS you're probably stuck with a tow to the dealer to get keys added to the PATS/PCM.
