Has anyone installed a pulsating 3rd brake light. I have seen a few advertised and a few on the road. The 3rd brake light will flash a few times when the brake is first applied and then stays on solid. They were very eye catching. Some I have seen advertized were even programable as to how many flashes before going solid and how long each flash was. Price was about $20.
