Purchasing 03 XLT, V6?

I am in the process of purchasing a 03 XLT, V6 with 46K miles. The price is $12,900, is this a good price. It has Sunroof, 6 disc changer, tow package, 3rd seat and rear air. Are there any issues I should be aware of on this model? I did buy the extended warranty, I figure I can fix alot for the price of it. Any thoguhts are suggestions on the Explorer?

I have an '03 XLT V-6. Overall I'm happy with it. Had a couple of issues with it. Rear glass trim panel cracking, 2 A/C compressors (bad diagnosis by tech at dealer) noisy windshield wiper motor, intermittent ABS light, and the door panels (front) discolored from the sun.
The only thing I would rather have is the Class 3 towing package. Can't tow much with the class 2 set up.
