I have a '05 Sport Trac which I am really excited about lifting, but i dont have the slightest clue about what to buy and from where to buy. I know that I want a 3" lift with 33" tires and 15" or 16" wheels, but after that I'm lost. any help would be great on what and where to buy the lift kit.

Basically with a torsion twist and Warrior shackles you can fit a narrow 33" like a 33x10.50-15 or 285/75-16.
To fit a 33x12.50-15 or 305/70-16 you will need 8'' or 10'' wide rims with 3.75" or 4.25" backspace and either a 3" bodylift in combination with the TT/shackles or the Superlift suspension lift.
The bodylift is much cheaper ($250 or so plus install) but will require that you remove the front tow hooks or cut big ugly notches in the valence. The Superlift suspension costs about $2000 plus installation.
