Question about speaker grill's

Alright, dumb question. My dad has a 56 Chevy Bel-Air that we are putting an audio system in. It has 6x9 speakers on the rear deck and dad wanted some speaker grill's to cover the speakers. My question is, will any 6x9 speaker grill work for any 6x9 speaker?

They should. It would depend on how high the tweeter is. On some the tweeter is higher than the mounting flange of the speaker.

If bottom mounted it shouldnt be a problem.
