Question about top rear light

The top rear light (in the center above the back window) went out in my 96 a while ago and Ive tried to replace it but i cannot get to it. I took of the plastic panel on the inside of the door but that just takes you to the back of its insides, doesnt help anything with that light. I dont have a book or anything that would tell he how to get to this. Any help would be cool.

in the 96 its a pain to replace, its a floursecent tube wit ha ballast, not a regular light bulb... the unit is pretty expensive to replace..... get a haynes or chiltons manual they should cover this procedure
