Question about Transmission Fluid Change..

I want to change the transmission fluid on my 96 Explorer Sport.
Is it just a matter of dropping the pan and letting it all drain out and replacing the filter along with adding new fluid??

Drop pan, take mandatory tranny fluid bath, remove old filter (1 bolt), install new filter, replace pan gasket (should come in a kit with the new filter), and install pan. Refill.

I did this job once, and will never do it again (see mandatory bath). It's the best $75 you can spend at the mechanic.
