question about wheels

ok so I wanna put mickey Thompson deegan 38s in a 33x12.5r15 on my explorer but it says they have to be on at least a 8.5 wide rim. I found one I like but I need to know if 4 inch of backspace is too much? it has a tt aal and warrior shackles.

it aslo has a -38mm offset I hope its not to bad and I could use them but I don't wanna rub my caliper.

If the offset is to deep it will lessen your turn radious and may rub on suspension parts.

I ran 33's with my 2WD, and no rubbing on stock wheels. it is shown in the thread link in my signature. (no cutting/trimming etc.)
