ok i walked out to my truck to check see if i need to do this, there was allready like 1.5" of slack BEFORE i moved the pedal. after it only added like maybe a half an inch more. you thnk i need a new cable or can the mod make the diff?

I did this mod last week. I feel like it work very well. I also did the TPS mod. After doing both my X is alot more responsive.

just to make sure here the tranny kick down is on lpass side and throttle cable is on drivers side...if so then i was looking at tranny cable. but none the less that seems like alot of slack. the throttle cable is maybe needing one zip tie as i am NOT reaching WOT at the TB, should i add one zip tie to the trans kickdown ? where and how?

EDIT: I did the mod, seems to have made a little bit of diff however watching the tach and flooring it in D it only hits about 4,500 range. OD is less. but i have a superchip in the truck..hmmmm
