question on wheel specs

I plan on buying a set of black rock crawlers to go with some new 33x12.5 xterrain pro-comps. I know its best i go with the 15x8's, but what about the lugs and backspacing? What exactly do these other specs mean, and which ones do you guys recommend getting.
