Quick center console question

i have looked and couldnt find an answer for this question. can i buy a computerized center console to replace mine (the one with 2 storage holes in it) and would it be a plug and play setup or would i have to do some wirrin

Here is a link on how to install a message center. It's definitely not plug and play, there is a considerable amount of wiring involved. And you will need to add additional sensors. IMHO it's way more work then it's worth.

You know, I'm a gadget kind of guy...so I would do it! It would be a fun project. But it will be a ton of time, work, and could be a bit spendy...so you had really better want it!

By the way, do a Google search. There is a message center installation out there complete with pictures. (might have been into a Ranger) Between the two, you should have some great help!
