Quick front end kit question

Quick question- is THIS eBayer out of Canada still the king of deals for the front end kit? Snowball need them soon, so I figured I'd spring since it's almost spring.

I drove across 44th St. today and it aged my truck about 2 years. (you GR'ers know what I mean) Ugh.
