Quick Question - Removing 2nd row dome light

I have searched on the forums and could not find what I am looking for. Also google and youtube, it seems like everyone skips this step.

How do I disconnect the dome light from the power cable? Do I just pull it out? Use the red tabs? I just don't want to pull or push something I am not supposed to.

Figured it out, theres a small tab up top.

Still trying to find out how to disconnect the 3rd row one now. I have it hanging down, but I can't pull it down anymore. Is there a switch to unlock this one or get it out?

Can anyone please help with the 3rd row light removal? I have it hanging down but if I keep pulling it feels like I am going to break something.
