RABS valve.

Help, I just picked up a 92 Explorer and took it in for a diagnostic...yeah passed smog BUT then they mentioned I need a new RABS valve. He also said many people probably have bad ones and drive around never knowing or fixing it. Can anyone elaborate?

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the stock 91-94 section. The valve sometimes develops a short, and throws a red & yellow brake/RABS indicator on the dashboard. Do you see these lights on your dashboard? A new valve is about $150 from Autozone.
