We finally (mostly) straightened up the radiator support column, and now I'm ready to replace the radiator. We found that it cools the transmission also. I've mainly worked on old cars that don't have any type of transmission cooling system. Could I bypass that without hurting the transmission?

the transmission cooler is there for a reason i wouldn't bypass it the transmission needs to stay cool because if u overheat it you will fry your transmission
