I just ran into the same problem while doing my body lift, mine was welded to the body so no way to bolt a new one in. im not sure if you can order a new one from a parts store or dealer, worth a call to find out though. I cut out the old ones and welded in some new angle iron as the support.

I see radiator support as a part on parts sites. Not sure what's entailed to replace it. I would think cutting the old one out & welding in the new one.

They should make an Aftermarket Rad-Support. You could drill out the Spot-Welds and Install the New Part. You would probably need the Body Dimension Data from the Service Manual. I put one in on my 00MY Nissan Frontier after a collision.

LMC has one available, I put a used one from a donor on my '94, as it was also rusted out. Robert Nick is correct, you have to drill out the spot welds, and if there is no body damage, should be a straight forward replacement. You will need a good spot weld drill(s) and a mig welder.
Good Luck!
