Radiator Variants: 2006 vs 2007-10

RockAuto shows 2006 v6/v8 uses Motorcraft RAD20, while the rest model years (2007-2010) use RAD38.

Anyone knows what the differences are? Seems Ford improved the design since 2007?! Thanks!

Based on specs of brand OSC, seems the inlet/outlet diameter is different: 2006 uses 1-9/16” while the rest models use 1-1/2”.

The 2007-2010 models also use slightly different transmission-line connectors than the 2006 model.
