Radiator?

As far as I've seen, both cores of the 2-core radiator are used for cooling the antifreeze/coolant, and there is smaller, seperate line for the auto trans fluid inlet/outlet, either along the bottom or around the outer perimeter, to provide just a bit of cooling.

Really?i should have cut up my old auto one and looked.i just wished they made a 2-3 core manual.

A 2 row AT radiator should work just fine in a manual as long as it is the same overall dimensions for mounting.
I have only AT models and have disconnected the radiator trans lines.
I usually put in a plug which is not really needed, the last one is just open.
The AT cooler is just a double-walled tube between the inlet/outlet ports.
We have a '92 - 219k, a '92 - 105k and a '93 - 95k that all have the original trans and radiators with no leaks.
Don't know anything about them, but an outfit called TOC Performance is selling 3 row aluminum radiators for $146 on ebay.

I know they swap back and forth.i run a manual radiator in my truck and its and auto.the question was dies the tranny cooler use one of the cores to cool the tranny,or is all the cores used to cool the engine?
