Radio help is needed.

Still tryin to figure out how to work this sight so if its posted in wrong section please overlook. I have a 98 Ford Explorer with a non working radio display. I've heard this is common and cant be fixed with a fuse unfortunately. I have searched the net to try and find some sort of audio guide to no avail. Without the display I cant figure out how to work the cd changer or any of the other features. Can anyone help or guide me to a site that can? I've already looked at a manual which told me to go to the audio guide on pg 37...but I cant find that guide!! GRRRRR!!

I don't have a guide, but I just got my display fixed from someone on Ebay. $45 repair + $17 to get it shipped back after repair. Takes approx 1 week to 10 days to send it and get it back. (ebay item#170590388739)
