Radio lights and climate control lights flashing

Trying to figure this out.
2000 Explorer,
It's not a constant flash and it seems to only do it when idling. Not when moving. There is no pattern to them, they just flash.
Any ideas? Is it trying to tell me something?

I would have the altenator tested.

You might try turning the dimmer for your dash lights all the way down and then back up. This stops the flashing on my 99.
