Radio Lights don't work - HELP

I have a 98 XLT and have the factory radio still in it. A Few days ago I noticed that the light on the radio (where it shows the station and time) has been fading in and out and now it doesn't even come on.

All the backlite lights work for me to see the AM/FM or the SCAN buttons but not the actual panel. Does anyone have any ideas on what this is?

typical problem with the display power supply search the net for this. alot of companys fix them with a lifetime repair coverage. good luck

Time for a new radio.....if you try to take the face off yourself it'll break.

Someone is bound to have one on hear to sell or you can look on eBay.

I got my factory radio here cheap when my cd player died.
