Radio quit working all static Cds wont eject

2003 Ford Explorer XLT Just wondering if anyone else find a solution to the static any and CDs stuck inside 5 disc player? I will check the antenna 1st for sure Maybe its time to upgrade the radio Any suggestions?

I had to send in the original 5 disc player that is in our Mach 1. There are a few places online you can send it to, or you could bring it to the dealer and have them send it out.

I'm not sure if your location is a "Surprise" or if you are located in Surprise, AZ. If you're IN Surprise, I'm just up the road in Wittmann

Yep Wittman is just north Ill probably end up replacing the radio with something new if its not the antenna Try to stay cool
