Radio Reception

For years on my 96 XLT the AM band has had a bad buzz for even slightly weak stations. The GM radios are WAY better. Anyway, does anyone know a fix to this as far as getting better AM reception? New radio?

More often than not it's the antenna that fubars your AM reception - though imho, aftermarket decks are always nicer, so any reason to justify plunkin' down the coin is worth it.
