I think i got my radius arm bushings to tight . I just but new springs on the truck that was 1-1 1/2 longer and still as low as it was before. I also put new radius arm bushings. ( thay are the poly ones) new shocks. and still have maybe an inch or so of travel.
What i asking, Is there any raduis arms that pivet (like the ones on the Dodge ram ) I was thinking if it had a pivet point the would be a lot more travel in the suspension and make for a smother ride. If there not out there I think i'l be making them.

As far as overtightening them, its all but impossible. The nut that holds everything together will bottom out on the threads or the radius arm before the bushings are too tight. No one in the aftermarket makes an arm like you are looking for.

getting better

Have to say the ride is getting better after about
1,000 miles or so. It's still making noise. but that too is getting a little better:redexp:
