I am replacing the passenger side radius arm bushing on my 91 4x4. I have the spring, shock, & sway bar disconnected. But I canot pull the axle forward enough to get the end of the radius arm out of the bracket. Do I need to remove the radius arm from the axle? or is there some other trick for the passenger side bushing. I didn't have to do that on the other side.

You're probably gonna have to remove the central pivot bolt in the axle arm assembly, and move the whole axle arm forward to do it. Changing the radius arm bushings isn't fun. The other way is to grind/drill out the rivets that hold the assembly together, and replace them with grade 8 bolts. There are also several threads here that go into more detail about it. Try "Radius Arm" in the search function.
