Rain water leak from around the passenger side top corner of the windshield

I have had the windshield replaced that fixed the drivers side leaks but not the passenger side so I'm gonna assume this problem is not connected to the windshield there looks to be a good amount of surface rust around the body seal on the roof couldn't find any pin wholes tho and yes it has a sunroof which has also started back leaking
 






Rust through at the windshield frame isn't that uncommon. Short term fix is JB weld, or something similar. Long term is to cut out the rust and fabricate replacement patches.
 






I know kinda ghetto but it slowed my leek down a lot. I used like half a tube of silicone. I suspect it's the corners where the low spot is to be suspicious.
