Rancho shock warranty?

I have 10 RS5000 shocks that are bad/close to being bad. I do not have any receipts for them. How do I get them warrantied? Does anyone have experience with this? I have heard that I can take them to a rancho retailer and some won't ask for the paperwork. Also would I be able to upgrade to 9000's if i pay the difference in 4? Thanks.

Brian, I had two go bad on me and I just took them to my local 4x4 shop and they turned them in for me and gave me two new ones. That was a couple years ago so I don't know if it is any different now.

I have ten because I have duals upfront and tripples in the back of my Explorer for the ride comfort. Just kidding!!!

Okay the real reason i have 10 is because my friend had (it got stolen) a 70's chevy stepside show and go truck with 44's. The 10 shocks were off his rig and he was going to throw them away so I took them in hopes of getting some new shocks from the warranty for my Explorer and my rockcrawler project. Actually I was only expecting to get 4 but he gave me a box full of 10 rs5000's.
