Rancho Shock Fitment Guide or Specs??

I'm trying to figure out which Rancho shocks I need for the front and rear of my 01' XLT with SOA and SAS.

Does anyone have or know where I can find specs for compressed/rest/extended lengths (or travel lengths) for the Rancho 9000's??

I've read there's some kind of guide out there that lists the specs, but I can't find it...

I have a "Favorites" link to www.gorancho.com that has the 9000 to 9000X conversions, but the link is dead now. I am sure it still exists on their site somewhere.

Haaa!!! I just found that same link after hunting all this time to the Toyota Tech article!!
