Very nice covers, though drain plugs would be nice ;)

Very nice rig you got there, looks like it has come a long way. Hopefully I will get to see it sometime on a Texplorers run:D

Nah, I'd rather not drag drain plugs on the rocks. As often as I need to get in there, I can just drain the diff by removing the cover. The 8.8 has a fill spot on top of the pig, and you can see the fill hole on the d44 cover.

Picky, picky ;)

Picky, picky

LOL, there sure are allot of Texans on this forum. I see another one here now from the Houston area. We need to do our own chapter and make Alec president, and MuddDude vice. LOL.
Alec you OK from the long laugh you had?

The Ox Rox!

Keep up the good work!

Made a custom 2 piece trans tunnel cover to wrap around the Atlas II and Lokar 700r4 shifters, in preparation for a vinyl flooring install.

Ten years later, finally installed these shifter boots. :lol

Going about installing a hydroboost setup from a 2000 Super Duty.

Pictured is the Super Duty hydroboost with an attached 1995 no cruise Master Cylinder

Ended up going with a 2000 Super Duty master cylinder, as the push rod was incompatible with the Explorer master cylinder.

Getting pretty cramped in there. Shimmed the Super Duty hydroboost up a few degrees so the master cylinder would clear the shock hoop. Even with the Super Duty master cylinder, the pushrod still ended up being way too long. Cut it down with trial and error til it worked. Deglazed the brake pads and now everything seems good. Must have been a vacuum issue. I drove it around for a good half hour, my brake lockup issue seems to be resolved, at least.
