Ranger front bumper/fog lights on a 96 Explorer?

I want to put the front valance panel (part that fits under the front bumper) from a 93-97 4x4 Ranger on my 96 Explorer. This is the one with the large round fog lights. Does anyone know if it will fit?

I dunno if you already know or not, but Performance Products sells a similar item. It has to round fog lights in the center of that valance and the stock foglight openings, plus little wing type things on the outer edges, I think it looks cool. http://www.performanceproducts.com
