Ranger lift

who makes a good 5 or 6 inch lift for a 1993 2wd Ranger, reg cab , short bed 4cyl, 5spd? My brother is in the Marines and he is leaving to go overseas for 7 months this Fri. He asked my to lift his truck while he is gone. Any help is greatly appreciated.
