This link was given to me from neighbor he was promised floor trys for his new Explorer after delivery seems no one could remember this promise at dealer. His sales person on the first phone call stated he would look in to it but after a few days no return phone call so he posted this information on dealer rater site and notified his sales person. A fiew days after, he received a phone call from the manager advising they are ordering trys and would he reconcider his evaluation on the web site, he told them yes after he received what was promised
You can also check the ratings of your dealer. We seem to post in local fourms that not all people look at this seems as a cousumer site that the genral public looks at.
