Rattle from engine on tickover

i have a 1998 4.0 sohc ex, there is a rattle from the bottom of the engine on tickover, the noise is around the sump and gearbox area, when the revs are increased or when driving the noise vanishes completely.
any help will be much appreciated.

Its the timing chain tensioners. VERY VERY common problem on the SOHC motors.
