Rattling during accel. or driving uphill

When pulling out and accelerating or driving up the slightest incline, my 2002 XLT has a noticable rattling/vibrating. Don't know if it is my valves or what. Anyone have any advice? Thanks

I had a rattle when accelerating or idling fast. It turned out to be the torque converter and I don't hink mine is the only one. If you idled it a bit fast and listened the sound came from the trans/torque converter area. FIxed under warranty.
