thanks smart ass! j/k. i heard these bolts were pretty damn hard to turn, i didnt want to be killing myself turning it the wrong way only to have to double back the in the other direction once my truck started lowering. thanks though pup, you da man!

ok fellas, so far today i was able to order my shackles (war 153) from amazon, and then i went to buy my tires online. treadepot.com didnt have 4 of the tires that i wanted so i had to get another website to match the price. then i realized as i was making the transaction that i misplaced my credit card. i told the guy on the phone that id call him back. I STILL HAVENT FOUND THAT DAMN CREDIT CARD! hopefully it turns up and i can get my tires ordered. i will be going on another camping trip this labor day weekend, but if all goes well i should have pictures of my new lift and tires posted by next weekend.

again, i cant say thanks enough to all the great members on this forum for all the help and info, you guys are awesome.

I did it with my feet out the front, head toward the rear, and I turned them clockwise, too.

very possible I was thinking of my sisters s 10 that I just did a TT on then

Ok, I'll be the one to say it. It doesn't matter which way you were laying under the truck, the bolts are facing up so both of ya'll turned the bolts the same direction.

lol, ive been thinking the same thing. i sold my current tires today for 400 bucks. that will come in handy when i buy my new treads. mind you, i bought those tires with the wheels (which i kept) for 200 bucks, so i made a pretty good profit.

im so damn excited i can hardly wait to get my new tires and wheels. i have to go on my camping trip this weekend with my stock wheels on, but i wont be going off road much so i should be good to go. have a great abor day weekend guys, cant wait to post pics with the new treads!
