Rear brake aid 2023 explorer xlt

I have a 2023 explorer xlt and I can not figure out how to turn off the rear brake aid does anyone know how to it is driving me nuts. I have googled it and looked in the manual but neither tells me how on my model and year. Thanks for anyone’s help

I wish that worked but it is not the same on mine my salesperson could not figure it out either

Welcome to the Forum David.
Reverse brake assist has saved me a couple of times from hitting objects. I don't understand what your issue with it may be as you've not mentioned it. I haven't checked my Aviator to see if it's possible but after my experiences with it, it's not something I would do in any case.

Even if you managed to turn it OFF, I'm guessing the default would be ON which means you would have to turn OFF after every key cycle.
