it attaches with plastic pieces on the molding itself, ewither remove it and from behind pinch these down and push the molding out off the bumper.
the other option is to just yank but you may brake some of these pieces.

yup
if ya wanna reuse it, remove the bumper and queese the tabs with some pliars.
If ya dont wanna reuse it, just grab and yank ( wear gloves )
