Can you elaborate? Do they lock but not unlock?

I can manually unlock and lock both rear doors with the rod, but when I hit the drivers door button nothing happens, wont lock or unlock.

Hmm, I'm not sure I have encountered that. There is a disconnect plug under the drivers seat near the B-pillar that affects the windows, but shouldn't affect the locks. I would think a fused circuit would not not be isolated to the back seats, but it's worth checking your fuses. In forscan there is also a police rear door setting but I thought that was for the tailgate.

If both are not working it sounds systematic, so not faulty actuators. Also take a look over your door wiring harnesses incase the up-fitters cut the wires for some reason.

That was it, they cut the wire at the connector to the actuator and then hide it. Both are now working!

Awesome, glad you found it.

The fuse diagram for my 2018 PIU shows a 30a fuse for the rear windows, FYI
