Rear driver side brake leak

Hey Everyone. 2015 Sport with 120k miles.
Noticed one day a leak in my driveway originating from the rear driver side. Turned out to be brake fluid. The reservoir was very low as well.
Confirmed that the leak is coming from this spot - see pic. I tried to tighten that bolt to see if it will stop the leak. It did lessen the flow but still leaks.
I was wondering if it is just a seal i can replace or do I need a new rear caliper? Appreciate the assistance.

Unfortunately I'm not familiar with this caliper. It appears that the bolt is just holding a bracket. If that is the case it would be odd for the bolt to protrude into a hydraulic passage. Normally the only seals are at the pistons, and where the brake hose connects to the caliper.

not sure as to how it ties into it but it appears to be part of the parking brake system.. and also might be sharing the same assembly where the bleeder screw is located...

The seal or o-ring on the bolt that the parking brake lever pivots on is leaking. Evidently, it does intrude into the hydraulics or the caliper has developed an internal leak.

You *might* be able to get a caliper rebuild kit that includes that seal and replace it yourself but I haven't come across any details on how it might be done.

Otherwise, a replacement caliper will be needed.

I have the exact same issue on the rear left, on calipers that have been changed less than 2 years ago! Is that a known issue? I’ll go back to the garage who did the work and claim for after sale warranty.
