Rear End Noise

Hey everyone, Ive been getting some odd noises coming from the rear axle lately. I have had a squeaking from probably the leaf springs, but this is not the only thing. Oftentimes, when im at a stop and turn 90 degrees onto another road, i get a washed out squeaking that will continue usually until i punch the gas. It only does this when and after i turn sharply. It doesnt do this when Im on the highway or any other time, from what I can tell. Any ideas on whats up? Could it be a bearing? Im going to the dealer on friday to get a few recalls fixed, so Id like to have an idea of whats going on so I can tell them to look at it. Thanks.

Have you replaced the fluid?

Is it a limited slip?

Nope, its a axle code 42? (4.10 open). I have not replaced the fluid in it since I have owned it. I have 75k on the truck, too, if that matters. I should probably replace it soon just for preventative maintenance.
