Have been searching the net for info on a Ford Sport trac assume same as explorer rear end. I have a project hot rod and the rear looks like a good fit. Does any one know the housing flange to flange measurement is for the Sport trac rear end and when did they start disc brakes on them. Thanks in advance.

Welcome. For my Bronco ii axle swap I used a 2nd generation Ex axle and it had the disc brakes. The x I took it out of was a 97 so I'm thinking 95 and up. Had a 94 in it at first but was drums.
